Legal consensual kink between verified adults
Content is allowed when every person in it is an age and ID verified adult, every person gave signed consent to the scene and to its publication on KinkPass, and the activity is legal and clearly consensual. Within those limits creators publish BDSM, bondage and shibari, femdom, latex and rubber, role play between adults in adult settings, JOI, foot worship, spanking, findom and other legal niches, as clips, photo sets, audio and long-form scenes.
Consent must be visible in the work itself, not only on paper. A dominant character is a performance both adults chose, and the content has to read that way.
Content that is banned without exception
The following is never published on KinkPass, in any format, in any niche, with or without a disclaimer.
- Minors, or anyone who appears to be under 18, whatever their verified age
- Age play of any kind, and costumes, props, settings or language suggesting a person is underage
- School settings, uniforms associated with school, and teacher and student scenarios
- Incest themes of any kind, including scenarios between relatives by marriage or adoption
- Any depiction of non-consent, including staged or simulated non-consent, coercion or abduction
- Real violence, and any content showing blood or permanent injury
- Animals in any sexual context
- Performers who are intoxicated, impaired, asleep or unconscious, or scenes suggesting so
- Hidden camera or voyeur footage, and any recording made without everyone's knowledge
- Revenge content, leaked content, and anything published without the consent of every person shown
- Any person who has not consented to publication, including bystanders
- Content connected to human trafficking, exploitation or payment for sex outside lawful production
- Hate content, slurs, and content that degrades people for race, religion, disability or similar traits
Anything ambiguous is rejected. If a reviewer cannot be certain that an upload is within the rules, it does not go live.
How every upload is reviewed before publication
Every upload passes two stages before it reaches members. First, automated screening checks the files, titles, descriptions and tags for prohibited material and compares performers against the verification records on file. Second, a person on our review team looks at the content itself and confirms that every performer is verified, that consent records and 2257 records are complete, and that nothing in the work falls under the prohibited list.
Content that fails either stage is not published. The creator is told which rule applied so that compliant work can be resubmitted.
What happens when the rules are broken
Content found to break this policy after publication is removed. Depending on the severity, we may also suspend uploads, withhold payouts connected to the removed content, or close the account permanently. Any content involving a minor leads to immediate closure and a report to the authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Creators and studios who knowingly upload prohibited content are not allowed back on the service.
How to report content
Members can use the report button on every item, and anyone can write to [email protected]. Serious reports are handled first and the content is hidden while it is reviewed. The full process is described on the reporting page, record-keeping is covered in the 2257 statement, and copyright claims go through the DMCA process. More about verification is on the safety page.
