KinkPass

Report content or a safety concern

If you see anything on KinkPass that may break the law or our content policy, tell us. You do not need to be a member to report, and every report is read by a person.

Date of this page Last updated October 19, 2026.

Two ways to send a report

Members can use the report button shown on every clip, photo set, audio item, scene and creator profile. It sends the report together with the exact item, so you only need to choose a reason and add a few words.

Anyone, member or not, can write to [email protected]. This includes performers who appear in content and did not agree to its publication, and people who believe they are shown without their consent.

What helps us act quickly

  • A link to the item or the creator profile, or the title and creator name as shown on the site
  • What you believe is wrong, for example a performer who may be underage, missing consent, or a banned theme
  • If you appear in the content yourself, say so, and tell us how we can reach you
  • For copyright claims, use the separate DMCA process

You do not need to send screenshots of explicit material. A link or a title is enough for us to find it.

How reports are reviewed

Serious reports come first. When a report concerns a possible minor, missing consent, non-consent, real violence or another severe issue, the content is hidden from the catalog while we review it. Other reports are reviewed in turn. We work through reports as fast as possible, serious reports first.

A reviewer checks the content against the performer's verification and consent records and our content policy. If the content breaks the rules, it is removed and the uploader faces the steps described in the content policy, up to permanent closure of the account. If you gave us a way to reach you, we let you know the outcome.

Illegal content and the authorities

Suspected child sexual abuse material is removed immediately, preserved as the law requires, and reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Other illegal content, such as material connected to trafficking or recorded without consent, is referred to the appropriate law enforcement agencies. We cooperate with lawful requests from the authorities.
