FAQ

Can I try KinkPass before I pay?

KinkPass is a paid membership. You can build your pass in the demo on the homepage and see your shelves before you create an account.

What are premium releases?

Premium releases are selected new scenes that open with your monthly allowance on Plus and Elite. The allowance renews with every billing period, so you never buy them one by one.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can move up to a higher plan at any time and the difference is charged right away. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal.

Do you offer refunds?

Payments are final. We make exceptions only for a double charge, a proven unauthorized charge or a total service failure, as described in our refund policy.

How does billing appear on my statement?

Every charge appears under a neutral descriptor without explicit words.
